Civil Manager - Design (Roads & Highways)

JASARA PMC is a leading project management consultancy firm, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Manager to join our team. As the Civil Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and development of various projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for managing the entire design process from conceptualization to execution, responsible for project delivery of consultants and contractors (on cost, on time, and adhering to client requirements and company standards) as well as delivery partner and team performance and outcomes. The role will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for efficiency and innovation. The role is responsible for maintaining compliance with QA / QC procedures, including the deliverables review QA / QC process.

Responsibilities :

• The Civil Manager will collaborate with their team, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that provide superior outcomes. They will provide consistent leadership and will support client focus and responsiveness and will help to ensure we can identify and anticipate client needs.
• Lead and manage the design and construction process from inception to implementation for infrastructure project(s) comprising of various disciplines; but not limited to; geometric, traffic engineering and pavements.
• Collaborate closely with our development teams (architects and engineers), clients, contractors

and stakeholders to fully understand project requirements and create innovative design solutions that satisfy client requirements and fully satisfies local codes and standards.
