Role Overview : You will be responsible for opening and managing high-value accounts within Saudi Arabia’s Oil & Gas sector, with a focus on drilling contractors, EPC firms, and NOC / IOC clients. Leveraging your existing network, you will position our recruitment services as the preferred partner for contract staffing, and workforce solutions.
Responsibilities
Business Development : Identify, target, and secure new clients within the Oil & Gas drilling sector, focusing on KSA’s top-tier organisations.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain C-level / executive relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Operations, Procurement).
Revenue Growth : Achieve and exceed sales targets by selling tailored recruitment solutions (contract and project staffing, RPO and contingent hiring).
Market Intelligence : Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
Collaboration : Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless service execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven Experience : 8+ years in B2B sales / business development, ideally in recruitment, staffing, or Oil & Gas services.
Industry Network : Established connections with drilling contractors, EPCs, or NOCs in Saudi Arabia (Aramco-approved vendors a plus).
Sales Acumen : Track record of closing high-value contracts (USD 500K+ annual revenue).
Negotiation Skills : Ability to structure win-win partnerships and navigate complex procurement processes.
Cultural Fit : Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and deep understanding of KSA’s business landscape.
