Job Summary

As a Sales Executive at Tap&Eat, you will play a key role in acquiring new restaurant partners. Your mission is to identify leads, pitch the value of our platform, and build strong relationships with decision-makers. You'll be the front line of Tap&Eat’s expansion, directly contributing to our company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and qualify restaurant leads through calls, emails, and visits.
• Present and demo Tap&Eat to restaurant owners and managers.
• Enter and manage all sales activities in the CRM system (Trello) with discipline.
• Follow up with leads consistently to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Support in preparing proposals and contracts under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate handover to Client Success team once the restaurant signs up.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Attend team meetings and share market feedback with the Sales Manager.
