The Opportunity :

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Riyadh office of a renowned international law firm. This award-winning firm is looking for a dynamic and organised individual to support a team of 10, including the Office Managing Partner. This role offers a variety of tasks across multiple practice areas such as Banking, Corporate, and Dispute Resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Calendar Management : Efficiently manage calendars and schedule appointments for Partners and Associates.
• Document Preparation : Assist in preparing legal documents including briefs, agreements, and contracts.
• Meeting Coordination : Organise meetings and conferences, both internally and with clients.
• Legal Processing : Prepare and process legal forms and documents, ensuring timely filing with courts and government agencies.
• Client Interaction : Handle client inquiries and communications, providing exceptional service in person, by phone, or via email.
• Case Management : Maintain accurate records and manage case files with precision.
• Legal Research : Conduct necessary legal research to support the team.
• Additional Duties : Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
