Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies across digital channels to maximize ROI. Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve campaign objectives and KPIs. Negotiate with media vendors and platforms to secure optimal rates and placements. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Allocate and manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in media buying and digital marketing. Oversee the implementation of tracking and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness. Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in digital media channels. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all media buying activities. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in media buying, digital marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of managing successful digital media campaigns. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams. Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as tiktok, snapchat, X, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic buying tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
