Industrial Painter

الوصف الوظيفيPrevious experience as an industrial painter preferred Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and application methods Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, bending, lifting) Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work Strong communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred) Ability to work independently or as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends or overtime if needed
Overview
The Industrial Painter will be responsible for painting various industrial structures and equipment. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an industrial painter and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming them
- Mix paints and other materials according to specifications
- Apply paint or coating using a variety of methods such as brush, roller, or spray gun
- Monitor and maintain paint supplies and equipment
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work for imperfections
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects
