JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist in SFX & Specialist Systems to join our innovative team. This role involves designing, developing, and executing special effects (SFX) and specialized systems across various projects, with a focus on thematic and entertainment environments. You will ensure that SFX integration creates immersive experiences while maintaining safety and quality standards. The position involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of effects and systems for theme park areas, managing design packages, and collaborating with consultants and contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery. A strong technical expertise, project management skills, and familiarity with cutting-edge technologies are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities :

Manage SFX and specialist systems design for themed areas, facilities, retail, dining, and guest service zones, aligning with the creative vision. Review and approve design packages, technical drawings, and materials from consultants and contractors. Serve as the client-side contact for SFX and systems design, coordinating with Lead Design consultants, creative designers, and contractors. Ensure designs meet project schedules, budgets, standards, and safety regulations. Collaborate with various stakeholders to integrate SFX and systems seamlessly into the theme park design. Align systems with operational needs, guest flow, and accessibility standards. Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative technologies where possible. Identify and resolve potential design and installation issues proactively. Conduct quality checks on materials and installations to uphold standards. Report progress, risks, and opportunities to project leadership. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and accessibility standards. Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in an artistic or related field; advanced degrees preferred. 8-10+ years of experience in SFX and systems design for large-scale projects, especially in theme parks or entertainment venues. Experience managing design and contractor teams on multi-million-dollar projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software. Knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing for high-traffic environments. Understanding of international accessibility and guest experience standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Experience with special effects for theme parks and immersive guest experiences. Additional Details :
