We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AV Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, configuring, and commissioning advanced audiovisual (AV) systems, ensuring seamless integration between hardware, software, and network infrastructure. This individual will work closely with the design and projects team to deliver world-class AV solutions for command centers, immersive spaces, meeting rooms, and large-scale digital signage projects.

Programming & Control Systems

  • Develop and deploy control system code for Crestron, Extron, and Q-SYS platforms.
  • Create user interfaces (touch panels, control apps) that are intuitive and aligned with project requirements.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and fine-tune systems during staging and commissioning.

System Configuration & Commissioning

  • Configure DSPs, video switchers, and other AV devices.
  • Conduct end-to-end system testing to ensure optimal performance, including audio tuning, video calibration, and network connectivity.
  • Document final programming, configuration files, and as-built drawings for project handover.

    • Networking & Infrastructure

  • Build and manage VLANs for AV over IP systems, ensuring proper QoS and security segmentation.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AV systems into client networks.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network-based AV solutions.

    • Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians during the installation phase.
  • Provide technical support during FAT, SAT, and client training sessions.
  • Support post-installation service calls and remote diagnostics when required.

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in AV programming for Crestron, Extron, and Q-SYS systems (certifications are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of AV over IP, network infrastructure, and VLAN configuration.
  • Experience with DSP configuration, matrix switchers, and video wall controllers.
  • Familiarity with AV industry standards (AVIXA, AES67, Dante, etc.).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning when required.

    • Preferred Certifications

  • Crestron Certified Programmer (CCP)
  • Extron Control Professional (ECP)
  • Q-SYS Level 2 or higher
  • Dante Level 2 / 3 (preferred but not mandatory)
