Graphic Designer & Video Editor Purpose of the Role : We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. Your mission will be to create innovative and engaging visual content that enhances our company's visual identity and supports our real estate marketing efforts across various digital platforms. Responsibilities

Design innovative graphic materials for real estate projects, including infographics, presentations, and brochures. Produce and edit high-quality marketing videos for our projects and properties. Develop visually appealing content for social media platforms, including reels, posts, and stories. Create various promotional and advertising materials, such as banners, print ads, and billboards. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts. Transform real estate data and information into impactful visual designs. Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in design and video editing. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work with AI tools in design and editing. Good understanding of digital marketing principles and social media trends. Senior
