Do you enjoy working at the interface between business and IT and drive Digital Transformation? Do you already have a wide range of experience in consulting for organizational management or managing large software or Digital Transformation projects in the insurance industry in KSA and are familiar with the business of an IT service provider? Then adesso is the right place for you! You are a key player in our company's success and will lead complex IT consulting and software development projects from the outset. The aim is not to manage the project business and the employees involved in it but to develop it actively and purposefully and manage it efficiently. In detail, you will have the following activities : Project management expertise with a focus on strategic planning and the establishment of a PMO (Project Management Office) within the company. Support in setting up project management structures and processes to efficiently manage the implementation of strategic initiatives. Planning, realisation and monitoring of IT consulting and software development projects Ensure project milestones are met and business objectives are achieved Management of large project teams and ensuring optimal utilisation of the team Adherence to quality standards through the application of efficient quality and test management Stakeholder management with customers, i.e. developing and maintaining cooperative customer relationships to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty Strategic customer development, technical and professional support for sales and pre-sales activities Lead cross-functional teams, driving digitalisation in the insurance sector YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Information Systems or Insurance At least eight years of experience as a project manager / PMO and with digital transformation. At least two years of experience in the insurance industry. You already have a wide range of experience in (multi-)project management and are familiar with the business of an IT service provider. Solution-oriented, structured approach in project-critical situations, coupled with extensive experience in quality and test management of software development projects Confidence in dealing with decision-makers and extensive experience in the field of pre-sales activities Experience in international companies or software development would be a bonus.
