Manager – Middleware Management

Must-Have :

9+ years of experience in IT operations or integration, with at least 3 years in middleware or platform engineering within the banking sector. Proficiency in middleware technologies such as IBM MQ, WebLogic, and Kafka. Strong background in change management, process improvement, policies, systems, and compliance. ITIL 4 Foundation or Practitioner certification & fluency in Arabic and English. Nice to Have :

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications in

TOGAF

or

cloud architecture
