Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled production chef to join our client's airline catering team located near Adelaide Airport, South Australia. Your role will involve the preparation and assembly of meals for airline passengers, meeting strict quality standards and production targets in a high-volume commercial kitchen environment with experience in Chinese and Asian cuisense.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and meal assembly to client specifications using advanced knife skills
• Meeting strict internal KPIs and production deadlines
• Stock management and food production control
• Conducting regular quality control checks
• Supervising and coordinating catering assistants
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards in a cold working environment
