Division : Emergency Preparedness Specialist.

Liase / Cooperate with

• Internal : Emergency responses Lead, Industrial Security, Operations & Maintenance (OPS & MNT), M&O & Engineering.
• External : Civil Defense, NEOM Public Safety.

Position summary

The Emergency Preparedness Specialist ensures the organization’s readiness for emergency situations by planning, coordinating, and executing emergency drills and maintaining comprehensive emergency response procedures.

Nature & scope

Responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing emergency preparedness programs across NGHC operations. Ensures alignment with national safety standards. Acts as the main liaison with internal departments and external civil defense entities.

Minimum years experience in similar job role

20 years (with high school) or 16 years (with firefighting diploma).

Qualifications required

Preferred certifications : Multiple recognized specialized courses in emergency preparedness or related fields.
