Cluster Revenue Manager , you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability for multiple properties within a designated cluster or region. You will develop and implement pricing strategies, monitor market trends, and analyze data to optimize revenue and occupancy. Responsibilities

Develop pricing strategies and revenue management plans for multiple properties within the cluster. Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and economic factors to make data-driven decisions. Analyze performance data, including revenue, occupancy, and market share, to identify opportunities for revenue growth. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive revenue and profitability. Conduct regular revenue meetings with property teams to review performance and adjust strategies as needed. Implement revenue management best practices and train property teams on revenue optimization techniques. Utilize revenue management systems and tools to track performance and forecast future revenue. Prepare regular reports and presentations on revenue performance and forecasts for senior management. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in revenue management or related field in the hospitality industry. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems and tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Certification in Revenue Management is a plus. Skills
