Senior Finance Manager (Membership with SOCPA)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Finance Manager

to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth. Responsibilities

Oversee the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with

SOCPA

standards, Saudi tax regulations, and other local financial laws. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Prepare and analyze financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts. Manage cash flow, cost control, and expense management to ensure financial stability. Provide strategic recommendations to management based on financial analysis and projections. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely audits and compliance. Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other external partners. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Qualifications & Requirements

Education :

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience :

At least

5 years of experience as a Finance Manager

in Saudi Arabia. Certification :

Must hold an active

SOCPA

membership. Strong knowledge of Saudi tax laws, VAT, and Zakat regulations. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred). Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Seniority level
