الوصف الوظيفيArchitect and build end-to-end full‑stack applications that integrate AI capabilities, data visualization, and game operations Design and implement robust backend services (Node.js, Python / FastAPI) and responsive frontend interfaces (React, TypeScript) Develop and maintain APIs and microservices that connect AI / ML pipelines with production systems Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and data integrity across applications Oversee cloud deployments (AWS / GCP), containerized environments (Docker / Kubernetes), and CI / CD workflows 5+ years of full‑stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role with direct management skills Deep proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) Strong backend expertise with Node.js, Python, or equivalent frameworks Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), container orchestration (Docker / Kubernetes), and CI / CD automation Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and mentorship abilities A proactive mindset, capable of owning projects end-to-end while fostering team growth and collaboration Familiarity with AI / ML pipelines, LLM integration, or GenAI applications Experience with real‑time data and WebSocket‑based applications Hands‑on knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3.js, Plotly, Chart.js) Prior experience in the gaming industry or with game development tools Contributions to open-source or internal developer tooling Familiarity with serverless functions and infrastructure‑as‑code tools Lead and shape a high‑performing GenAI engineering team working on transformative AI products Collaborate with AI pioneers, senior architects, and global teams Gain exposure to large‑scale gaming systems serving millions of players worldwide Access to continuous learning, professional growth, and conference opportunities Be part of a culture that values creativity, innovation, and technical excellence VIP Medical insurance for employee and his parents Phone allowance Kids education allowance Gym allowance
Lead Full Stack Engineer – Gen AI Team (Riyadh)

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who will guide a talented team of engineers in our Gen AI team, building end-to-end AI-powered products.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full‑stack engineers working on GenAI products and internal platforms
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI engineers to define technical strategy and execution plans
- Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold engineering best practices
- Guide the team in architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Drive sprint planning, task prioritization, and delivery of high‑impact features
