We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Foreman to lead daily site operations for our projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supervising teams, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring timely progress, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity on site.
You’ll play a key role in planning, supervising, and executing site activities within a collaborative and horizontal organization. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring smooth workflow among site engineers, workers, helpers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all work is executed to required quality standards and in line with project timelines.
- Identify technical issues on site and collaborate with engineers to implement practical solutions.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower, tools, and materials required for each task.
- Manage subcontractor performance, identify gaps in their scope, and provide directions when needed.
- Oversee installation processes, including formwork, finishing works, drywall systems, and general construction tasks.
- Coordinate with procurement and site engineers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Verify measurements, levels, alignments, and layout accuracy.
- Monitor work quality and productivity metrics – ensure tasks are completed efficiently and report deviations.
- Inspect completed works and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain daily reports on progress, delays, manpower, and site requirements.
- Address emergency repairs, workload bottlenecks, and onsite challenges efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate workers, fostering professional development within the team.
- Maintain inventory of tools and deliveries
Requirements
Fluent in English (mandatory).Technical diploma or solid practical experience in construction, civil works, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in premium retail, cultural museum, or high-end fit out projects.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent ability to read drawings, check measurements, and coordinate trades.Strong experience supervising site teams and subcontractors, reading drawings, and controlling quality and safety.Knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD is an advantage.Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.Knowledge of construction techniques, finishing, and fit-out works is a plus.Availability to travel and support occasional night shifts depending on site needs.Ability to work in a multicultural environment with diverse team.Local candidates are encouraged to apply.Based in KSA (Riyadh ideally)What We Offer
