Project Manager - Master Planning

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager - Master Planning to join our team! In this role you will get to for overseeing and managing the activities of a diverse team across three main delivery streams : What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and / or Design Director to manage designers and specialist consultants. Manage consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality urban design concept drawings and reports. Manage consultants in the preparation of technical design packages through to tender and monitor construction quality. Coordinate with Project Managers, Discipline Leads, and internal and external team members, including master planners, architects, urban designers, specialist designers, engineers, and quantity surveyors. Plan, delegate, and manage workflows within the team structure, ensuring efficient reporting and planning processes. Act as a primary liaison with clients and their representatives, maintaining strong professional relationships. Contribute to the preparation of client reports, technical proposals, including estimating levels of effort, developing work plans, and creating project schedules. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies by maintaining affiliations with professional societies. What Required Skills You\'ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university. A minimum of 15 years of experience in the master planning and urban design field, with a demonstrated progression of responsibilities. Proven experience managing teams within established architecture / engineering firms or on the client side. Familiarity with Saudi Arabian municipalities, developers, and regulatory frameworks. Strong leadership and project delivery skills, with a track record of managing complex design projects. Knowledge of sustainability principles such as LEED, Mostadam, or similar certifications; certification is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. Preferred Attributes
