Should have a B.Sc. in Civil Technology. Able to prepare quantities (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical). Capable of preparing Mustakhalis for any project. Responsible for tendering for any project. Proficient in studying BOQ and making quotations. Must be able to read and understand drawings properly (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical). Should be technically sound. Strong command of reading, writing, and listening in both English and Arabic. Can provide daily progress reports and manage mailing of running bills. Job Specification

Basic knowledge of computers is required. Knowledge of AutoCAD is necessary. Must have experience in building construction (minimum 5 to 10 years). Capability to control labor and site foreman is essential. Excellent communication skills are required.
