Project Specialist

Overview

Job Description : As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. Your role will involve planning, executing, and monitoring project activities, as well as identifying and mitigating risks

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, including goals, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
• Organizing and supervising logistics, managing registrations, etc. by coordinating with the vendors and creating a detailed plan for the execution.
• Supporting the various initiatives of the marketing department by organizing and tracking campaigns like email, events, social media, and content marketing.
• Examining the existing marketing initiatives as well as executing various new marketing campaigns successfully.
