Overview
The ERP Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects within scope, time, and budget. This role ensures alignment between technical teams, departments, vendors, and system integrators throughout the entire ERP lifecycle. By providing comprehensive leadership across all project phases. Lead end-to-end ERP project planning, execution, and delivery across various platforms. Define project scope, timelines, resources, budget, and establish a clear governance structure. Manage diverse cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, SCM, IT, and external vendors. Conduct head engagement, facilitate project meetings, and provide regular updates to steering committees. Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and develop effective mitigation plans. Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation, including project plans, business requirements, test cases, and training materials. Go-Live Readiness : Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, cutover planning, and ensure full go-live readiness. Track vendor and consultant performance against contractual obligations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Education
