Responsibilities :

• Develop creative menus that showcase local flavors and ingredients while meeting guest preferences
• Oversee all food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently served
• Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, menu items, and safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
• Monitor food costs and budget to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations of the hotel overall

Requirements :
