Water Treatment Supervisor

Role Purpose : To supervise water treatment operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Oversee daily operations of the water treatment plant & wastewater treatment ensuring operators follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections of water quality and treatment equipment to verify compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor issues with water / wastewater treatment processes, escalating more complex problems to the maintenance team as needed.
• Supervise water treatment staff in carrying out their daily tasks, providing guidance on safety and quality protocols to maintain consistent standards.
• Monitor the performance of water treatment equipment, coordinating with the maintenance team for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Document water quality test results, operational data, and any incidents to support accurate reporting and traceability.
• Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety measures within the water treatment facility.
• Support training initiatives for new and existing staff on water treatment protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Participate & follow up the related tasks of food safety team members.
• Assist in operating Process department as backup or emergency.
