Sr. Sales Manager - Engineering Outsourcing Services
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling Engineering Consulting and Outsourcing solutions to Manufacturing, Petrochemical, EPC Contractors, and other Industrial Clients . This role requires a sales leader with a consultative approach, proven client acquisition skills, and the ability to execute effective sales strategies to expand market presence.
Qualifications :
- 8–10 years of proven sales experience in engineering solutions, outsourcing services, or industrial technology solutions.
- Strong network and established relationships within Manufacturing, Petrochemical, and EPC sectors in Saudi Arabia .
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling, client acquisition, and long-cycle sales processes.
- Deep understanding of industrial sales strategies, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with strong business acumen.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian industrial market landscape and business culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial, Business Administration, or related field.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate manufacturing, petrochemical, EPC, and other industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia.Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through proactive client prospecting and relationship-building.Drive end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing deals.Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders.Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to ensure tailored solutions meet client requirements.Seniority level : Mid-Senior level
