Overview

Position : Investment Accountant. Applicants with experience as Financial investment accounting professionals are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

Manage day to day financial investment accounting of multi-asset portfolios, including local and global investments, and monitor daily earnings and losses. Record every transaction for all bank accounts, investment accounts, and both local and international investments (cash transfers, coupon settlements, dividend settlements, capital gains, etc.). Prepare and calculate monthly cash placements for all current and investment accounts with local and international banks. Prepare and calculate monthly market values of local and international investments. Prepare quarterly financial statements for multiple portfolios (each portfolio is treated as a separate entity). Prepare forecasted capital needs for investments (bonds, coupons, etc.). Support the transfer of historical data to reporting software. Input data and document all transactions in the reporting software. Determine and review the fees of service providers (banks, asset management firms, etc.). Maintain accurate records and bookkeeping of all transactions and supporting documents. Verify wire instructions and related disbursements. Maintain a log of outstanding items. Maintain confidentiality of all information. Qualifications

5 years of comparable experience in a property management firm, single-family office, banks, or financial institutions. Educational background in accounting. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP systems and reporting software / tools. Job Details
