Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell a wide range of products and services in accordance with approved quality and customer service standards.
Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall departmental profitability.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
Assess customer needs, offer suitable advice, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure accurate and timely collection of applicable fees and commissions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English
