The Marketing Manager position at a leading General Engineering Consultancy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a crucial role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This individual will be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing strategies that elevate the company's brand and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the engineering sector, enabling them to create targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with clients and stakeholders. As a key member of the management team, the Marketing Manager will also oversee a team of marketing professionals, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company's objectives and enhance its market presence.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored to the engineering consultancy industry.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and trends that can benefit the company.
  • Create and manage engaging content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adapt strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute participation in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to foster professional development and achieve departmental objectives.

Preferred Candidate :

  • Proven experience in marketing management, ideally within engineering or consultancy sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team engagement.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing unique marketing solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO and content management systems.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation is highly desirable.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and client expectations.
  • Skills

    1. Language : Proficient in both English and Arabic.

    2. Experience : 4–6 years in Marketing or Communications (event management experience is a plus).

    3. Background :

    a. Client-side : Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Senior Marketing Specialist, or Senior Assistant Brand Manager.

    b. Agency-side : Account Manager or Senior Account Manager.
