Accountant

To manage and execute accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank transactions, and financial reporting in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities : Account Payable : Prepare vendors payment report based on payment terms SEU Account (main Supplier) SOA adjustment, Invoices, Payments, Clearing and Aging Account Receivable : Verification of Credit Notes Customer Aging Report Salary Posting Accrual (freight – end of service – bonus- tax –-annual leave - not received invoice) Prepayment (medical insurance –allowances – storage – other) Monthly Checking for GR / IR Disposal and credit note Fixed Assets capitalization & Depreciation Petty cash posting and controlling Credit card invoices Cost of sale posting Cross Charge invoice for related parties Checking and controlling departments expenses to be within budget throw Genex Bank Payments, posting ingoing, outgoing and clearing Issuing, Monitoring, Renewing, Tracking and Reporting Bank Guarantees Controlling Mobile Expense for all employees’ expenses. Posting the monthly Mobile Expense report and post the payment General Task : Creating suppliers- employees in S4hana and MDG Handling VAT, WHT & Deferred tax Provide audit requirements and perform adjustments. Other report : Month Cash Forecast monthly report to the head of department for the consuming budget Monthly Cash Forecast DSO & DIO preparation Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Knowledge of VAT, WHT, and other tax regulations in KSA Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Seniority level
