Lead machine operators to achieve maximum efficiency, reduce costs and waste, ensure proper machine operation, and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and assign daily tasks to meet production targets.
• Identify equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance for resolution.
• Monitor machine performance and reduce waste.
• Support team development and training.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and 5S standards.
• Actively participate in line operations when needed.
