Document Controller

JASARA PMC is actively seeking a Document Controller to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage and oversee the documentation process for various projects, ensuring that all documents are accurate, well-organized, and accessible to team members. Your key responsibilities will include compiling, reviewing, and filing documentation, as well as maintaining document control systems to support project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience working in document control within a project environment.

• Proven work experience as a Document Controller or in a similar capacity
• Strong understanding of document management systems and best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and document control software
• Able to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
• Bachelor's 0r diploma degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Aconex experience is a must
