Consumer Finance Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing all Consumer financing operations, products, and services. The role focuses on achieving growth targets, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and Shariah requirements. This position plays a key role in driving the company’s retail financing strategy and expanding the personal financing portfolio in alignment with business objectives.
1. Strategic Planning and Business Development
- Develop and execute the consumer financing strategy in alignment with the company’s overall objectives and market growth plans.
- Identify new market opportunities and design financing programs that meet the needs of individual clients.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to define product positioning and pricing strategies.
2. Financing Operations and Portfolio Management
Lead and manage all operational activities related to personal financing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Monitor portfolio performance, including disbursements.3. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure exceptional customer service standards and satisfaction throughout the financing process.Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance trust and retention.4. Leadership, Team Development, and Performance Management
Lead, coach, and develop the personal financing team to achieve business goals and maintain high service standards.Conduct regular performance reviews and identify and development needs for team members.5. Risk, Compliance, and Shariah Governance
Work closely with the compliance and Shariah departments to address audit findings and ensure full regulatory adherence.Maintain transparent documentation and reporting for regulatory and internal audit purposes.6. Reporting and Market Insights
Prepare periodic reports on financing performance, customer trends, and profitability for senior management.Provide insights on market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.Specifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting or any related Bsc degree.8–10 years of progressive experience in personal or retail financing within financial institutions or licensed financing companies.Proven experience in developing financing products, managing retail credit portfolios, and leading financing sales teams.Strong understanding of Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and compliance requirements.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance and achieve business targets.Excellent financial and analytical skills for data‑driven decision‑making.Advanced negotiation, communication, and client relationship management abilities.Comprehensive knowledge of personal financing products, pricing models, and collateral structures.Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate financing risks to maintain portfolio quality.Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM / loan management systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
