Senior Social Media Monitoring Analyst

In-depth understanding of data interpretation, especially related to user behavior and engagement. Excellent communication and professional writing skills. Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends. Strong time management and research skills. Great attention to detail. Analyzing social media post metrics. Researching new social media trends and tools. Staying updated on current events and pop culture to understand user behavior better. Monitoring social media channels for mentions of the company or brand to identify customer service issues or opportunities for brand awareness. Providing constructive criticism to content creators for improvement. Creating analytics reports with findings and recommendations for internal teams or external clients. Reviewing reports for accuracy, consistency, grammar, spelling, formatting, data points, and references. Maintaining consistent visual and content standards.
We are looking for an observant and data-driven social media analyst to evaluate the success of social media and web presence of a brand, campaign, or initiative by analyzing post metrics. The social media analyst is responsible for :
- Providing feedback to clients and social media / CX directors on campaign / brand / initiative reception and suggesting adjustments through professional reports.
- Analyzing the performance of social media platforms and content, from individual posts to entire accounts, tracking metrics like likes, shares, retweets, etc.
- Creating professional reports that summarize findings or present data in an easily digestible format, to inform internal teams or external clients about social media performance.
