Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise architectural site operations, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and construction schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries and ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and approve shop drawings, materials submittals, and construction methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and resolve any onsite design-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement design changes and modifications during construction phases.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism on site, promoting AtkinsRéalis' values and standards.
