The Opportunity
The Private Equity Investment Associate will play a pivotal role in the sourcing, evaluation, and management of private equity investments globally. The role requires strong financial acumen, rigorous analytical capabilities, and a hands‑on approach to both deal execution and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities
Deal Sourcing & Evaluation
- Identify and assess private equity investment opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies.
- Conduct in-depth due diligence, including market analysis, financial modeling, and valuation work.
- Prepare and present investment memoranda and recommendations for internal review.
Transaction Execution
Manage all stages of the investment process, from initial screening through negotiation, documentation, and closing.Support co‑investment and direct investment transactions, including minority equity positions and strategic partnerships.Liaise with external advisors, consultants, and co‑investors to ensure efficient deal execution.Portfolio Management
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, including financial, operational, and strategic progress.Participate in board discussions and investment committee meetings as required.Update internal financial models, capital needs projections, and exit assumptions.Develop insights and recommendations to optimize portfolio value and support long‑term growth.The Ideal Candidate
5‑8 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or principal investing.Demonstrated track record in executing private equity deals from start to finish.Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills , with strong attention to analytical rigor and accuracy.Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize complex information and present concise investment recommendations.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a lean, fast‑paced environment.Fluency in Arabic preferred; English proficiency required.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or CFA designation preferred.Why Join This Family Office
