Role Summary

To ensure machines availability for smooth operations and compliance with cGMP and safety standards. Schedule and adhere planned and unplanned maintenance activities. Assist line manager for short- and long-term task / projects and take directions to accomplish goals. Direct to subordinates to achieve assign task results on time and work on their development, and to provide trainings of pharmaceutical processes and disseminate knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist line manager and engineering department to implement the company safety standards and

security systems in coordination with other departments. Follow and facilitate to maintain the safety,

health and industrial hygiene policy of the company.

Working to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness and availability of machines for production.

Ensure Operational Excellence culture is promoted, and OE tools are understood and regularly practiced

on shop floor.

Working on quality / engineering deviations and CAPA. Update machine maintenance SOPs and checklists.
