Role Overview As the Master Trainer you will be the cornerstone of our training program leading a team of local trainers and ensuring the delivery of our top-tier training. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills a deep understanding of professional driving techniques and a commitment to developing others.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of local trainers ensuring the highest quality of training is delivered

Uphold and enforce ACHIEVEMORs high training standards

Foster a culture of safety respect and continuous learning

Adapt and respond effectively to the evolving needs of our trainees

Qualifications

Proven experience in professional driving instruction

Exceptional leadership and team management skills

Strong understanding of driving safety standards and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
