Cherry Publishing est une maison d’édition spécialisée dans la romance. Nous vendons principalement nos livres sur Amazon.

Nous avons publié près de 400 livres dans cinq langues différentes.

The Role

En tant que Responsable du marché Français, votre rôle sera de sélectionner nos futurs best-sellers et d’accompagner nos auteurs dans l’édition de leur texte. En totale autonomie, vous réceptionnerez les textes à leur retour de correction et vous assurerez le processus éditorial : signalement des incohérences, propositions de pistes d’amélioration. Vous serez également en charge de proposer des images pour la couverture aux auteurs, puis de passer les commandes auprès de nos graphistes.

  • Trier les manuscrits reçus et sélectionner nos prochains best-sellers
  • Trouver et fidéliser les meilleurs auteurs de chaque genre
  • Annoter les manuscrits et accompagner les auteurs dans le processus éditorial
  • Passer les commandes de couverture aux graphistes
  • Gérer la communication et la promotion pour chaque lancement
  • Gérer la relation avec les auteurs

Profil idéal

  • 3-5 ans d’expérience dans le monde de l’édition
  • Créatif, passionné par le monde de l’édition avec un fort attrait pour le numérique
  • Indépendant, autonome, proactif, capable de se discipliner en télétravail ou en l’absence de superviseur
  • Curiosité dévorante
  • Réactivité à toute épreuve : habitué à travailler avec des délais serrés et à publier beaucoup en ligne
