Construction Manager (Offshore)

Overview

The Construction Manager oversees all offshore construction activities, ensuring safe, timely, and quality execution of installation works for jackets, piles, conductors, risers, and associated structures. Manages offshore site personnel, subcontractors, and marine spread to ensure alignment with project specifications and HSE requirements. Coordinates logistics, vessel readiness, and offshore mobilization / demobilization. Reviews and approves offshore construction method statements, lifting plans, and installation procedures. Ensures effective implementation of construction plans, monitors work progress, and addresses technical and logistical challenges. Interfaces with the engineering and QA / QC teams to resolve field issues and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Leads daily offshore coordination meetings and provides progress reports to onshore management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s Degree in an appropriate Engineering field or Equivalent Qualifications in Construction Management.
• Eighteen (18) years of experience; Ten (10) years of which in supervision of construction personnel and for managing major Offshore Oil and Gas / Petrochemical projects.
