Asset Manager

Job Purpose

To manage public equity asset class. Responsibilities

Monitor existing DPM. Select Assets Manager through structured DD and RFP process. Conduct research and valuation to existing positions and challenge AM views and conventions. Structure inhouse public equity portfolio. Report performance on weekly basis. Create financial models to evaluate and monitor selected listed companies. Assess risk and propose control action. Qualifications

CFA is much preferred. Min 5 years' experience in local public equity research (Buy-side). Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on specific listed companies across different sectors. Ability to build valuation models. Ability to challenge external assets managers (CMI's) with their views and convetions. Ability to screen, assess and select asset manager through RFP process.
