Direct message the job poster from HCLTech We are seeking a highly accomplished sales leader to lead the acquisition of new clients / logos across sectors in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical to HCLTech’s regional strategy and will serve as the senior-most hunting leader in the Kingdom, responsible for net-new business development, building high-impact relationships, driving high-value sales and accelerating HCLTech’s growth across key sectors. The ideal candidate will be a senior executive with extensive experience in the technology industry, a strong track record in driving large enterprise engagements, and rich experience of operating at a senior level in Saudi Arabia. This individual will act as a key face of HCLTech in the Kingdom, helping steer investment decisions, influence customer strategy, and secure high-value, transformational deals. Key Responsibilities Define and execute a strategic growth plan to expand HCLTech’s presence across sectors in KSA. Engage CXOs and senior decision-makers to understand business needs and position HCLTech’s IT services and solutions (e.g., Application Services, Digital, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Industry-Specific Services). Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders. Identify and pursue large-scale digital transformation and outsourcing opportunities that align with HCLTech’s global capabilities and innovation agenda. Represent HCLTech in strategic industry forums and engage with Saudi government bodies and ecosystem partners to shape market positioning. Collaborate with global practice, delivery, and solutioning teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market and client value propositions. Key Qualifications Strong experience in the IT services or technology consulting industry, including senior sales leadership roles, with at least 5+ years in KSA Strong experience operating at a senior level within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with deep understanding of the business culture and market dynamics. Demonstrated ability to lead strategic pursuits and close multi-million-dollar deals with global and regional enterprises. Strong network of executive-level relationships in key verticals. High degree of cultural alignment and sensitivity to the Saudi Arabian business environment and relationship-driven decision-making processes. Proven experience working with multinational companies, with the ability to align global objectives with regional execution. Strong executive presence, entrepreneurial drive, and a collaborative leadership style. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
