Senior Mechanical Engineer

Overview Mechanical System Design Oversight : Do the mechanical design process for systems such as HVAC, water supply, drainage, and fire fighting systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

On-Site Supervision : Oversee the installation of mechanical systems, ensuring integration with other systems, particularly coordinating with civil and electrical teams.

Safety and Compliance : Ensure that mechanical systems adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements, with a special focus on areas such as firefighting systems, pressure vessels, and other high-risk systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of successful project leadership

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials science, and product development lifecycle

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in analyzing and optimizing mechanical systems

Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and quality control processes

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients
