Accountant

The Accountant position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the catering, food service, and restaurant industry. Responsibilities : Prepare and maintain financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing. Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to identify discrepancies and ensure integrity. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support strategic planning. Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions. Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts to maintain liquidity. Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Provide training and support to junior accounting staff as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance. Preferred Candidate : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience in the catering or food service industry is a plus.
