Senior Associate – Network Security

professional with over

12 years

of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing secure enterprise networks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in

Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint , and other leading security platforms, along with a strong grasp of network architecture, protocols, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, deployment, and management of

secure data networks

(WAN, LAN, WLAN, SDN). Administer and troubleshoot

firewalls, proxies, VPNs , and other security infrastructure. Provide expert-level support for

Fortinet ,

Cisco ,

Juniper ,

Meraki ,

Palo Alto , and

Checkpoint

technologies. Architect and maintain

multivendor LAN / WAN / Wireless / Security solutions

including routers, switches, wireless controllers, and firewalls. Deep understanding and implementation of

L2 protocols

(VLAN, STP, RSTP, ARP, LLDP, CDP) and

L3 protocols

(OSPF, BGP, VRFs, VRRP, QoS, ACL, IPSec). Conduct advanced

network traffic analysis

using tools like

tcpdump, Wireshark, NetFlow / sFlow, iPerf . Configure and manage

security zones, NAT, DMZ, IPSec VPNs, Remote Access VPNs , and application-aware firewalls. Oversee

firmware upgrades ,

license and certificate renewals , and

firewall rule management . Support and optimize

Cisco ASA, FortiGate, Check Point, F5 Big-IP , and

Cisco Meraki switches . Manage enterprise

wireless technologies , especially

Aruba Wireless

and

ClearPass . Ensure secure integration of

RADIUS, TACACS+, SNMP , and other network protocols. Mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic security initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)

or

MCA . Minimum

12 years

of experience in

Network Security and Infrastructure Management . Strong command of

TCP / IP ,

multicast ,

EtherChannel ,

LACP ,

PAgP ,

IPv6 , and traffic engineering. Proven experience in

network architecture ,

security policy enforcement , and

incident response . Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. Preferred Certifications

Fortinet NSE 4 / 5 / 7 Checkpoint CCSA / CCSE Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) Seniority level
