We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to develop, schedule, and optimize maintenance activities, ensuring maximum equipment reliability and minimal operational disruption. The ideal candidate will have experience in asset management systems, strong planning abilities, and a background in industrial environments such as pipe coating or manufacturing.
Responsibilities :
- Establish and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules
- Analyze equipment history to suggest improvements to maintenance strategies
- Review, prioritize, and prepare detailed work orders, including required tools, materials, and manpower
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure spare parts availability
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production, engineering, and operations teams
- Track and document all maintenance activities and resource usage
- Generate reports on KPIs like equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement improvements
- Recommend and drive process improvements in maintenance operations
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, maintenance & reliability, or related field
Certification such as Certified Maintenance Planner (CMP) or CMRP preferredExperience : 3to 5years of experience in maintenance planning or similar roles
ERP experience, especially with Asset Management ModulesIndustry Experience : Pipe coating or pipe manufacturing industries
Languages : Professional in English
