Account Manager - PIF

Account Manager - PIF Monks is seeking an Account Manager that will be embedded in our client office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate is digital‑savvy, a go‑getter and leader who will manage business accounts, lead team members at the intersection of creativity, social and content production.

Responsibilities

Work as part of an embedded team, wearing multiple hats for a long‑term creative and social media partnership.

Build and nurture relationships, delivering award‑winning work for our passionate clients.

Manage and grow client accounts across various streams, ensuring production exceeds client expectations.

Act as the first point of contact for our clients, providing strategy, creative and production services for their creative, social media and digital briefs.

Collaborate with clients on creative and social media streams, content production, data and ad‑hoc projects, proposing transformational solutions and driving growth.

Deliver against monthly and annual targets, helping to grow accounts into long‑term successes.

Serve as a strategic partner who understands the client’s brand and business inside out, developing a roadmap for continued success.

Work closely with the Account Director to orchestrate the entire pipeline from inception to final delivery and beyond.

Safeguard the client relationship and revenue, supporting business planning and development to hit targets and KPIs, and identify opportunities for new assignments.

Support account planning, monitoring and management for the account.

About You

Experience managing large‑scale social media, digital and creative projects.

Experience working in KSA.

Superb communication and documentation skills; identifies gaps, develops processes and leads by example.

Passion for social media, staying up‑to‑speed on latest trends (social, tech, culture, etc.) and aspirations for greatness.

Social media‑savvy professional with experience in social media asset management.

People person with a positive attitude, able to organise and influence internally and externally.

Demonstrate industry knowledge and application to business challenges, keeping abreast of industry trends and sharing knowledge with the account team and client.
