Senior Project Manager SAP S / 4 HANA

Responsibilities

• Using SAP, must have a broad and deep understanding of project management using agile methodology.
• Responsible for providing project management leadership for the program.
• Must manage the project governance framework and be accountable for ensuring program governance tools and processes are operating as implemented. This includes managing the risk and issue management processes for the program, assisting the work plan validation and optimization efforts, and providing expertise to work streams in taking issues to resolution.
• Senior Project Manager must have a leadership presence, can effectively partner with all levels of the program team, provide project management expertise, lead and influence others, drive results, and monitor and manage the effectiveness of the program management.
• Should drive adoption of program governance through the PMO team and maintain and / or optimize the project plans.
• Handle the issue / risk identification, escalation, and resolution.
• Work on identification of critical decisions needed and drive discussions towards agreements.
