Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Executive to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation and a passion for driving innovation and change within an organization. As a Digital Transformation Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our digital strategy, driving growth and efficiency across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of the company's digital transformation strategy

Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and tools to improve business processes and operations

Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and develop digital solutions to meet their requirements

Drive digital innovation and change across the organization, keeping up with industry trends and best practices

Develop and manage digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of digital initiatives

Train and educate employees on new digital tools and processes to ensure successful adoption

Work closely with external partners and vendors to implement and maintain digital solutions

Keep up-to-date with digital trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to senior management

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, preferably in the foodservice industry

Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in business

Experience in project management and leading cross‑functional teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze data and make data‑driven decisions

Proven track record of successfully implementing digital initiatives

Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
