Job Summary :
Our company is seeking to hire a Sales Consultant to work in Makkah, whose primary responsibility is to sell residential units. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in off-plan sales and working with National Housing Company (NHC) projects. The main objective of this role is to achieve sales targets and expand the client base by providing professional real estate consultations and building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibility :
Selling residential units under the off-plan sales system and housing projects.
Providing real estate consultation to clients and assisting them in choosing the right unit.
Managing and following up with potential clients and converting them into actual buyers.
Achieving monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Participating in campaigns, exhibitions, and real estate events to promote projects.
Keeping up to date with NHC projects and presenting them clearly and accurately to clients.
Documenting all sales transactions in accordance with official regulations and policies.
Preparing regular reports on sales performance and available opportunities to be submitted to management.
