We are seeking a Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience in client-facing environments and a strong ability to manage communication flows across teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly articulate, adaptable under pressure, and has foundational knowledge in project management principles and PMO methodologies .

This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments and is ready to grow into more strategic responsibilities within our consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of consulting projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution phases.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, prepare summaries, track next steps, and manage client expectations professionally.
  • Maintain updated project documentation including action logs, project plans, risk registers, and progress reports.
  • Support project leads in drafting proposals, presentations, and client updates.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including researchers, analysts, and consultants.
  • Contribute to process improvement and knowledge management within the PMO.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in client relationship management , project coordination, or business operations — preferably in consulting, government projects, or service-driven environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English .
  • High resilience and adaptability under shifting priorities or tight timelines.
  • Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile basics, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
