Key Responsibilities :

1.Fabrication & Assembly

Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components based on engineering drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.

2.Tool Operation

Operate tools such as shears, brakes, punches, and other metalworking equipment to cut, shape, and form sheet metal accurately.

3. Joining Techniques

Weld, solder, or rivet parts to securely join sheet metal sections and complete products.

4.Installation

Install sheet metal systems including ductwork, HVAC units, and roofing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and installation procedures.

5.Measurement & Layout

Measure, mark, and lay out materials using tools like calipers, rulers, and squares to ensure precise dimensions and fit.

6.Inspection & Testing

Inspect finished products to verify quality and conformity to specifications, and perform functional testing as needed.

7.Troubleshooting & Repairs

Identify defects or issues in fabrication or installation and make necessary repairs or adjustments.

8.Workplace Maintenance

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored.

9.Safety Compliance

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

10.Team Collaboration

Work closely with engineers, architects, supervisors, and project managers to ensure timely and successful project completion
